We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Coordinator with a background in the apparel industry to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fashion and apparel market, possess exceptional communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches for the apparel line across multiple channels (e.g., social media, email, events).
• Content Creation : Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content, including promotional materials, social media posts, website content, and product descriptions.
• Market Research : Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the sales, product development, and e-commerce teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with brand and sales objectives.
• Event Coordination : Assist in planning and executing trade shows, fashion shows, pop-up shops, and other brand events to enhance brand presence.
• Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the brand's voice, style, and values.
• Vendor Management : Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and other partners to achieve marketing goals.
Qualifications:
• Experience : 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Skills :
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, Google Analytics, email marketing software).
• Creativity and a keen eye for design and branding consistency.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and online retail marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of graphic design software or familiarity with design principles.
• Passion for the apparel and fashion industry, with a keen awareness of current trends.
