Job Description

Overview:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of comprehensive 360 marketing initiatives across various channels, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy and organizational goals. Your role will involve coordinating campaigns that include digital, print, events, and social media to help drive lead generation, brand awareness and customer engagement. You'll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as email, social media, PPC, display ads, events, print, and more.
• Manage the execution and tracking of marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with the design, product and content teams to create marketing materials that align with the brand's messaging and objectives.
• Coordinate with external vendors, such as agencies, printers, and event planners, to support campaign activities.
• Help maintain and update marketing calendars, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of upcoming campaigns and key deadlines.
• Maintain a calendar of education events, as well as associations and memberships, ensuring timely participation and engagement opportunities.
• Assist in public relations efforts by liaising with the PR team to ensure timely delivery of press releases, media kits, and other communications.
• Ensure that all marketing communications align with the brand's tone and visual identity.
• Stay updated on current marketing trends and best practices, bringing new ideas to the table to enhance campaign performance.


Qualifications:

To be considered for and to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required Qualifications include:

• 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a support or coordination role.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and PPC.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
