About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract prospective students and enhance the Institute's brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a proven ability to create engaging marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve enrollment targets.
• Manage social media channels, creating engaging content and fostering online community engagement.
• Create marketing materials including brochures, website content, email campaigns, and presentations.
• Coordinate and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms (online and offline).
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the student recruitment process.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
• Manage the Institute's website and ensure it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
• Attend educational fairs and other events to promote the Institute.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets and community partners.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree .
• Freshers can also apply
• Computer knowledge( Ms word / Excel ) is added advantage
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
