Position Title: Offline Seminar Coordinator
Location: Chandigarh
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Seminar Planning & Execution:
Coordinate all aspects of seminar events, from initial concept to post-event follow-up.
Liaise with faculty, students, and external speakers to ensure the successful delivery of seminars.
Schedule seminar dates, secure appropriate venues, and ensure all logistical needs (audio-visual equipment, handouts, refreshments, etc.) are met.
Manage seminar registration, attendance tracking, and promotional efforts.
Speaker & Content Coordination:
Work with subject matter experts, guest speakers, and faculty to identify and secure content and speakers for seminars.
Ensure speakers are well-prepared and have the necessary materials for their presentations.
Coordinate with external speakers for contracts, honorariums, travel arrangements (if applicable), and accommodations.
Marketing & Promotion:
Develop and execute a marketing strategy to promote seminars to students, faculty, and staff.
Create promotional materials such as posters, social media posts, email newsletters, and event listings.
Use the college's website and student communication channels to boost seminar visibility and engagement.
Event Logistics:
Oversee the setup and breakdown of seminar venues, including managing room layouts, audio-visual requirements, and registration tables.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for any external seminar needs, such as catering or transportation.
Ensure that all necessary seminar resources (e.g., microphones, presentation tools, name tags, handouts) are prepared in advance.
Attendee Engagement & Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for attendees and speakers before, during, and after the seminar.
Foster an inclusive and engaging environment for all participants, ensuring they have a positive seminar experience.
Collect and analyse attendee feedback to assess the effectiveness of the seminar and identify areas for improvement.
Post-Event Activities:
Prepare post-event reports and evaluations, including attendance statistics, feedback, and recommendations for future seminars.
Follow up with speakers and participants to thank them for their involvement and share seminar outcomes.
Maintain an organized database of past seminars, resources, and speaker information for future reference.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
