Role Description and Accountabilities The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, communication initiatives, and conducting market research to ensure the company remains competitive. Additionally, this role will oversee the organization's CSR initiatives, promoting the company's commitment to social responsibility and aligning marketing efforts with sustainable and ethical practices.Main Accountabilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads unddr guidance and support of Business Heads.
  • Market Research: Conduct and oversee market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development. Use data to identify trends, customer needs, and new market opportunities.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including press releases, blogs, newsletters, social media posts, brochures, and website content.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms, materials, and communication channels.
  • Public Relations: Manage media relations and press releases; cultivate relationships with media outlets and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email marketing campaigns, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Event Management: Coordinate promotional events, webinars, conferences, and trade shows to support marketing objectives.
  • Internal Communications: Facilitate internal communication strategies to engage employees and align with organizational goals.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, CSR efforts, and market trends, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing and communications budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.
  • CSR Strategy & Implementation: Oversee the company's CSR initiatives, ensuring that communication strategies align with sustainability, ethical business practices, and corporate responsibility.
Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skill
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Sustainability, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Min 10 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, with at least [5] years in a managerial or leadership role is preferable.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Experience with branding, public relations, market research, and media relations.
  • Knowledge of CSR strategies, sustainability, and ethical business practices.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, etc.
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve problems and meet organizational goals.
