Primary Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Business Unit (BU) heads to identify high-ROI campaigns and assess feasibility.
• Analyze and identify the most effective marketing channels for each campaign.
• Coordinate with BU heads on campaign execution dates for ATL, BTL, and digital initiatives.
• Develop briefs for creative and digital agencies, outlining deliverables.
• Prepare detailed budget statements (yearly, quarterly, monthly).
• Analyze historical business data to understand performance trends.
• Identify niche markets to enhance targeted marketing strategies.
• Design and implement yearly and quarterly campaign plans.
• Assess customer satisfaction and recommend engagement improvements.
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Conduct competitor and location-based analysis to tailor marketing efforts.
• Evaluate and report ROI by campaign, media channel, and location.
• Define creative requirements and lead lead conversion efforts.
• Coordinate with telesales for effective lead follow-up.
• Manage marketing collateral development and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with all departments for seamless campaign delivery.
• Explore marketing solutions and partnerships to enhance effectiveness.
• Regularly report campaign progress to business stakeholders.
Operational Responsibilities:
• Ensure resource optimization and timely execution of campaign collaterals.
• Share creative briefs with agencies, coordinate delivery, and gain BU approval.
• Oversee vendor relations, ensure timely bill submissions, and maintain transparency in transactions.
• Plan and execute campaigns across outdoor, ATL, and in-store executions with a focus on ROI.
• Conduct site recce for outdoor and in-store branding, ensure quality output, and calculate ROI for each campaign.
