The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing communication plans, with a focus on email marketing, general content creation, and social media content. •Key Responsibilities: •
• Marketing Communications Management:
• Manage all marketing communication efforts for e intelligence, including Instagram, LinkedIn, website content, email marketing, and other marketing channels.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer retention.
• Email Marketing:
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage, nurture, and convert leads.
• Segment email lists and personalize email content to target specific customer segments.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and optimize future campaigns based on insights.
• Content Creation and Management:
• Create compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, and website content.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice, messaging, and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Social Media Content:
• Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Create, schedule, and manage social media posts, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and timely responses to audience interactions.
• Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Marketing Communications Strategy:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications plan that integrates email marketing, content creation, and social media efforts.
• Align marketing communications with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
• Ensure all marketing communications are cohesive, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Campaign Management and Analysis:
• Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing communication campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance data and generate insights to refine future marketing strategies.
• Provide regular reports on campaign outcomes, including ROI and key performance metrics.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing communications support lead generation and conversion efforts.
• Collaborate with product development and customer service teams to gather insights and create content that addresses customer needs and pain points.
•Qualifications: •
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on email marketing, content creation, and social media management.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communication campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
