You will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence, driving residential property sales, and establishing a strong market position through innovative channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of residential real estate, a flair for creative marketing, and a track record of successful sales campaigns. What You Will Be Doing Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the real estate division that aligns with the company\'s overall goals and objectives. Planning, designing and executing ATL/BTL campaigns to increase brand awareness. Leverage digital marketing channels, including social media, online advertising, and email campaigns, to build brand awareness and engage with potential buyers. Generate compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials for both internal & external stakeholders. Provide marketing support to external agency, ensuring they have the tools and materials needed for successful client interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels. What You Bring To The Table Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in brand marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
