Job Description

: We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive investor engagement, and support business growth. This role involves overseeing multi-channel campaigns, creating impactful content, and managing communications to align with the company's objectives in the asset management industry.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's mutual fund offerings across retail, institutional, and digital segments.
• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, and events) to drive brand awareness and investor acquisition.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Content Development & Collateral Creation:
• Create high-quality marketing collaterals, including factsheets, one-pagers, presentations, and brochures.
• Oversee the development of investor education content, blogs, and social media posts to enhance financial literacy and brand credibility. Digital Marketing & Analytics:
• Digital Marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization. Brand Management:
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines for marketing and communication. Event Management:
• Organize and manage investor engagement activities, roadshows, webinars, and quiz contests to increase outreach and interaction.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support distributor and client events with relevant marketing materials. Internal & External Communication:
• Draft press releases, newsletters, and internal communications to keep stakeholders informed.
• Manage media relations and ensure timely responses to media inquiries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
