Key Responsibilities
Client Success:
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Understand clients' business goals and craft personalized marketing solutions.
• Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and client consultations.
• Handle client escalations professionally and resolve issues proactively.
Digital Marketing:
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
• Develop content strategies, campaign timelines, and performance benchmarks.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate reports with insights and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams to create high-impact marketing materials.
Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
• Develop sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
• Lead product demonstrations and close deals by delivering customized marketing solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through lead generation and strategic partnerships.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience: 2+ years in client management, digital marketing, and sales roles.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, CRM tools, and sales pipeline management.
• Sales-focused: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
• Client-Centered: Experience in managing client portfolios focusing on delivering value-driven results.
• Analytical Thinker: Ability to interpret data, create performance reports, and recommend improvements.
