Position Overview: The Marketing and Branding Head will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and branding initiatives to drive the company's growth, enhance brand awareness, and ensure a consistent brand message across all channels. This role requires a creative and analytical leader who can inspire a team, manage multiple projects, and deliver measurable results.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and branding strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Brand Management:
Oversee the development and execution of brand positioning, messaging, and identity.
Ensure consistency of the brand message across all channels and touchpoints.
Manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
Marketing Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve ROI.
Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and content.
Digital Marketing:
Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
Oversee website management, ensuring an engaging and user-friendly online presence.
Utilize analytics tools to track and report on digital marketing performance.
Team Leadership:
Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Set clear performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
Public Relations and Communications:
Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company's reputation and visibility.
Manage relationships with media, influencers, and other key stakeholders.

Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to build loyalty and advocacy.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
8+ years of experience in marketing and branding, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
