Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Brand & Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence and drive growth. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and a proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage brand positioning and messaging across all channels.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Lead the creation of marketing content, including but not limited to, blogs, social media posts, videos, and white papers.
• Oversee the company's social media strategy and manage social media accounts.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry developments and recommend new strategies to ensure competitive edge.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Brand & Marketing Strategist or similar role, with a minimum of 2-3 years in marketing and brand management.
• Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience in managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
