We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our USA based client\'s dynamic marketing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage automated email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, onboard new customers, and re-engage existing customers.
- Develop and execute text message automations to deliver targeted messages, promotions, and updates to customers via SMS.
- Create and optimize push notification automations to engage users, promote new products or features, and drive app engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing automation strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to build workflows, triggers, and personalized content experiences.
- Segment customer data effectively to deliver relevant and timely messages to different audience segments.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of automated marketing campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and drive higher engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and new technologies in marketing automation to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets, messaging, and content for automated campaigns.
- Maintain a high level of communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across marketing efforts.
