Our client\xe2\x80\x99s company is an outsourcing IT firm who provides customized services to different industries.

Job Position: Marketing Automation

Experience: 2-4 years

Salary: up to 4- 4.8 LPA

Office Time: 11:00 AM - 9 PM (1 hr lunch break)

Working days: 5 days working Monday to Friday

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Qualification: Any Graduate (preferably in public relations, communications, or relevant field) but with core experience as mentioned above).

Reporting to: Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Expert who can take care of create/manage campaigns for company/clients. S/he must have a good experience in Hubspot or any other similar marketing automation platform. Should be proactive and take ownership of his/her tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Set up Marketing Automation Platform
• Integrate marketing automation platform with website and social media platform.
• Create and execute a targeted lead nurturing campaign.
• Ensure timely list creation and standardized them. List clearing. Unsubscribe list management.
• Setup automation workflow for multiple triggers on website / email / leads / contacts is must
• Create static and active/dynamic lists based on requirements.
• Create, deploy and monitor email campaigns.
• Create automated workflows, landing pages, forms and email campaigns to support marketing and sales initiatives.
• A/B testing of landing pages and email campaigns.
• Create/update lead scoring mechanism and qualify leads.
• Collaborate with production teams to design and develop new assets for each customer journey touchpoint. Evaluate and improve the process of understanding the need of each client to deliver a delightful experience.
• Manage client\xe2\x80\x99s campaign on Mailchimp/active campaign/constant contact or any other email marketing platform
• Create creative briefs for campaigns and website projects.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Experience in Marketing automation is must (HubSpot, Marketo, Sharspring, Act-on)
• Experience in Wordpress CMS content upload is required
• Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver
• Must be able to think and act strategically as well as tactically
• Results-oriented and a self-starter, with the ability to excel in a lean and rapidly-changing work environment
