### Key Responsibilities:
- •Brand Development:•
Assist in crafting and refining the brand's identity, messaging, and tone. Help ensure consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
- •Customer Research & Surveys:•
Design and implement surveys to gather actionable feedback from customers. Analyze survey data to inform marketing strategies, product development, and customer engagement.
- •Beta Testing & User Feedback:•
Manage beta testing for new products and features, engaging with users to collect feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate this feedback into future iterations.
- •Content Creation & Campaigns:•
Develop content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, and blog articles. Collaborate with design and product teams to create engaging, on-brand content.
- •Market Research & Competitive Analysis:•
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behaviors. Use insights to optimize marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- •Data Analysis & Reporting:•
Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives. Use tools like Google Analytics and social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- •Cross-functional Collaboration:•
Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives and product development timelines.
