Designation: Marketing Associate

Job type: Full-time/On-site

Salary: 15000 - 25000 per month/-

Timings: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Days: Monday - Saturday

Language: English, Hindi, Bengali

Educational Background -BBA, MBA and other relevant courses.

Years of Experience- 1-5years

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement innovative strategies to promote the business effectively

2. Gain a thorough understanding of the company and its products

3. Formulate new strategies and plans to drive business growth

4. Evaluate and enhance existing strategies as needed.

5. Engage with clients, buyers and purchasers to secure beneficial business outcomes

6. Negotiate and persuade to obtain the best possible deals

7. Conduct regular research to stay updated on recent market trends

8. Monitor and continuously improve business operations

9. Create and manage promotional campaigns as required

10. Analyze and monitor business growth to ensure objectives are being met

11. Prepare budget and efficiently allocate resources

12. Keep track and record of the performance

Requirements

1. Excellent communication skills

2. Proven experience in the field of marketing

8. In-depth knowledge of market research techniques, data analysis and statistical methods

9.Shall have hands-on experience with generating leads

10.Shall be adept at using various tools and platforms for generating leads and maintaining effective communication with clients.
