• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the real estate market.
• Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to stay informed about industry developments.
• Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and recommendations for marketing strategies.

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our real estate services and properties effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define target audiences, positioning, and messaging strategies.
• Utilize a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels to maximize reach and engagement.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.

• Define and enhance the brand identity of Resset Properties, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Develop branding initiatives that differentiate our firm in the competitive real estate market

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
• Diploma/Certificate in Marketing Management from some leading institution like MICA.
• Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for branding and design.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Passion for real estate and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
