Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, trade shows, and events.
Manage and update our website and social media presence, creating engaging content to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Support with public relations activities, such as press releases and media outreach (if applicable).
Assist with the development and execution of international marketing initiatives (experience preferred).
Analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Work collaboratively with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
Experience working in a startup environment with a fast-paced and dynamic culture (preferred).
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
Experience with content creation (writing, editing, graphic design) a plus.
Experience with international marketing (e.g., adapting campaigns for different cultures, managing global marketing budgets) highly preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
