Job Summary:

As a Canadian Process Specialist at Shivansh Outsourcing, you will play a crucial role in finding suitable job opportunities for candidates and ensuring their seamless application on various job platforms. This position requires a deep understanding of the Canadian job market, recruitment processes, and effective utilization of job search platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential job opportunities based on candidates' skills, qualifications, and preferences.

Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking to identify suitable positions.

Assist candidates in creating compelling job applications, including resume and cover letter writing support. Ensure applications are submitted accurately and within specified deadlines.

Proficiently navigates and utilizes different job platforms, ensuring candidates are effectively represented. Stay updated on the latest features, trends, and best practices in using job platforms.

Research the Canadian job market, identifying emerging industries and high-demand roles.

Provide insights and recommendations to candidates regarding potential career paths.

Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions, applications, and outcomes.

Generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
