Job Title: Marketing Associate (Full-Time)

Timings: The position is a full-time role that requires the candidate to work six days a week, from Monday to Saturday.

Location: Work from Home

Company Overview: We are a small fast-growing cost consulting firm working in the construction industry located in Calgary, Canada. We help clients navigate through the complexities in construction cost management by providing cost estimating and consulting services.

: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our marketing department in executing campaigns, conducting market research, creating content, and analyzing data. This role is perfect for a self-starter who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and retain clients.

Create compelling and high-quality content for various marketing channels, including newsletters, social media, and emailers.

Design visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using Canva / Adobe Express or similar applications.

Manage social media accounts / LinkedIn / Facebook / Instagram and engage with the online community to build brand awareness.

Collaborate with the technical team of local consultants to develop marketing strategies that align with company goals.

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics to make data-driven decisions.

Be flexible with working hours, including occasional late nights, to meet deadlines and support initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

10-12 years of experience in Marketing.

A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Proven experience in email marketing and content creation.

Strong writing and speaking skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.

Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools.

Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary.

Salary and Benefits:

• The job offers a monthly Cost to Company (CTC) salary between INR 10,00,000 and INR 12,00,000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Additionally, the employee may receive a year-end bonus of up to 10% based on both their and the company's performance.
