  • Plan, launch, and optimize app install campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention) and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Execute A/B tests on creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and product teams to enhance ad creatives, copies, and landing pages for better conversion.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure efficient ad spend allocation and performance maximization.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree with 1 - 3 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in app install campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google App Campaigns (UAC).
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or coding is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer, or Branch) for campaign tracking and attribution.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
