Position 1: Marketing Specialist
About the Role:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive user engagement, and accelerate the growth of our AI-driven travel platform. You will collaborate closely with the product, design, and sales teams to create impactful marketing campaigns across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new users, build brand awareness, and position our AI-driven platform as a leader in the travel industry.
Content Marketing: Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, webinars, and other channels. Leverage storytelling to highlight the benefits of using AI in travel planning.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Optimize campaigns for conversion and cost-efficiency.
Partnerships & Influencer Marketing: Identify and build relationships with key influencers, travel bloggers, and industry partners to promote our product to a wider audience.
SEO & SEM: Optimize website and content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic reach. Use search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
Data Analytics: Use data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Analyze performance and optimize strategies based on insights.
Email Marketing: Design email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and product announcements to engage and convert leads.
Customer Engagement: Create and maintain strong communication with users through various channels, responding to feedback, engaging with reviews, and building a loyal customer base.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in tech, travel, or AI-based industries.
Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
Tools: Proficiency in marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
Creativity: Strong creative and content creation skills for designing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, extract actionable insights, and improve marketing strategies.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
