Job Title: Marketing Manager Present Location: Yercaud Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with expertise in the Construction and Real Estate domain. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of overall experience in marketing and possess strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various business activities, developing market plans, managing agreements, and delivering marketing programs. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external teams, analyze marketing initiatives, optimize performance, and ensure effective communication with senior leaders. Expected Overall Years of Experience: 5+ Years Specific Domain Expertise: Construction and Real Estate Preferred Age Group: 30 to 35 Years Responsibilities Include: Collaborate with top management to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Supervise and coordinate business activities related to marketing and advertising. Develop and implement comprehensive market plans to reach target audiences. Maintain agreements with vendors, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of final marketing deliverables to internal and external teams. Communicate regularly with senior leaders to provide updates on marketing programs, strategies, and budgets. Partner with the email and performance marketing teams to optimize campaigns and achieve marketing objectives. Manage marketing expenses within the pre-established budget. Coordinate vehicle movement for marketing events or activities. Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative briefs and guide the creative direction for print, digital, and video assets. Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis, and optimize campaigns accordingly. Include performance targets in your marketing plan to demonstrate the impact of your work. Develop a timeline with key milestones to ensure everyone is aligned and projects are completed on schedule. Identify high-level work streams that require the team\'s focus to achieve marketing goals. Use visual plans to communicate the direction and progress of marketing initiatives. Educational Qualifications: Required: Bachelor\'s degree in any field.
