Job Description
Leading Solar Rooftop Manufacturing Company Require Eligibility: - Excellent communication skills, Ability to think creatively and innovatively. - Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges. - Self motivated and capable of working independently & Ready for travelling. - Good proficiency in Hindi & English Language. (Writing & Speaking) - Ability to work as a Team Leader. - Excellent organizational & managerial skills & working knowledge of Solar Platform. - Computer skill must be required i.e. MS Office, Internet Etc... Roles & Responsibility: -Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction. - Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark-up factors. - Direct the hiring, training and performance evaluations of marketing and sale staff and oversee their daily activities. - Team Leadership, Strategic Influencing, Controlling Quality.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresher
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
