• Export Customer Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Order Processing and Coordination:
• Oversee the export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communication and Reporting:
• Draft clear, professional emails, proposals, and presentations for export customers.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
• Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing,
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of export documentation and procedures.
