Role Summary:
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in driving client engagement, managing relationships with architects and interior designers, and supporting project closures. This role demands a blend of marketing creativity, client handling, and project management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Interaction & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers to understand their needs, present proposals, and close projects effectively.
• Lead Generation & Project Acquisition: Implement strategies to generate quality leads and facilitate project acquisitions, similar to the approach seen in prior business development roles.
• Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals and estimates, ensuring that clients' requirements are met and tailored for successful project conversion.
• Social Media & Content Management: Create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, and stories, to showcase Chic Casa's offerings and boost brand visibility.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors, manage inquiries, and coordinate logistics to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.
• Market Research & Trend Awareness: Stay informed about design trends and industry updates to offer clients and partners relevant insights.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Management Studies, specialization in Marketing, or a related field in Interior Design.
• Experience: 1-2 years in marketing, business development, or interior design, with proven success in client engagement and project management.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in social media marketing, content creation, and management tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Technical proficiency in MS Office and Canva.
• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, adaptable, trend-aware, with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
