Position Overview: The Community Health Executive will play a critical role in engaging with the community to promote health and wellness, raise awareness about Madhavbaug's services, and facilitate health programs and initiatives. This position requires a proactive, compassionate, and organized individual who can effectively communicate and build relationships with community members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Community Engagement:
• Develop and implement strategies to engage the local community in health and wellness programs.
• Organize and participate in health camps, workshops, seminars, and other community outreach activities.
• Build relationships with local organizations, schools, businesses, and other community stakeholders to promote Madhavbaug's services.
• Health Education and Promotion:
• Educate community members on chronic disease prevention, management, and the benefits of Ayurvedic treatments.
• Provide information about Madhavbaug's treatment programs and success stories.
• Distribute educational materials and resources to enhance community health knowledge.
• Patient Support and Follow-Up:
• Assist in identifying individuals who could benefit from Madhavbaug's services and facilitate their access to care.
• Conduct follow-up with patients to ensure adherence to treatment plans and provide additional support as needed.
• Gather feedback from patients to improve service delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Data Collection and Reporting:
• Collect and maintain accurate records of community engagement activities and patient interactions.
• Analyze data to assess the impact of community health initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on community health metrics and program outcomes.
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Work closely with clinic staff, including doctors, therapists, and administrative personnel, to coordinate community health efforts.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of clinic strategies and goals.
