• Representing the hotel or resort at trade shows, exhibitions, and local events to promote its brand and services.
• Distributing promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and other branded items.
3. Partnership Development
• Building and maintaining relationships with local businesses, travel agencies, tour operators, and other potential partners for cross-promotional opportunities.
• Negotiating partnerships and collaborations to offer packages or special deals.
4. Community Engagement
• Engaging with the local community through sponsorships, charity events, and participation in local festivals to increase brand awareness.
• Creating and maintaining a positive image of the hotel or resort within the local community.
5. Market Research
• Conducting surveys and gathering feedback from guests and the local community to understand market trends and customer preferences.
• Analyzing competitors' marketing strategies and positioning to identify opportunities and challenges.
6. Sales Support
• Assisting the sales team in meeting potential clients, such as corporate clients, event planners, and travel agents, to promote the hotel's offerings.
• Supporting the sales team in creating customized packages and offers for different market segments.
7. Content Creation
• Working with the marketing team to create content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms based on field activities and events.
• Capturing photos and videos during events and activities for promotional use.
8. Reporting and Analysis
• Tracking the success of field marketing activities and campaigns, analyzing the results, and providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
• Maintaining records of expenses and budgets for field marketing activities.
9. Guest Interaction
• Interacting with guests during events and activities to gather feedback and enhance their experience.
• Addressing guest concerns and ensuring a positive experience during field marketing events.
10. Travel
• Traveling to different locations for events, meetings, and other promotional activities as required.
