Assistant Marketing Person (On-Site)
Company: Suresh Rathi and Motilal Oswal Franchise (Rajasthan)
Salary: ?9,000 to ?25,000 per month (depending on qualification and efforts)
Certificate & Recommendation: Certificate from Motilal Oswal and a recommendation letter provided upon successful completion
Full-Time/Permanent Opportunity: Full-time role with a salary package of ?6,00,000 per annum after 6 months based on performance

We are expanding our marketing team and are looking for an energetic, creative, and driven Assistant Marketing Person to join our on-site team. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns to promote our financial services.
• Brand Promotion: Help manage and grow the company's presence in the local market, increasing visibility and engagement.
• Content Development: Assist in creating promotional materials, digital content, and other marketing collateral to support campaigns.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to assist in strategic decision-making.
• Customer Interaction: Support the marketing team in customer communication, assisting with follow-ups, feedback collection, and inquiries.
• Event Coordination: Help in organizing promotional events, seminars, and other marketing activities.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on the performance of marketing efforts and suggest improvements based on data.

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
• Previous experience in marketing or sales (freshers are also encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for marketing.
• Ability to work on-site at our office in Rajasthan.
• Proactive, motivated, and ready to learn and contribute.
