ABOUT THE COMPANY Triveni Fertilizers & Chemicals is a manufacturer of fertilizers, pesticides. Our targeted customers is farmers & retailers. And targeted platform on initial stage is FACEBOOK & YOUTUBE. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Delhi, India. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company\'s social media channels, creating content strategies, creating and optimizing social media content, and communicating with customers and stakeholders. The Social Media Manager will work closely with the marketing and communications teams. Job Responsibilities

• Graphic designing skills should be top notch.
• Analytical skills and ability to monitor and analyze social media performance
• Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop and create high-quality content
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or similar tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Build and manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media profiles and presence, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter
• Develop creative and engaging social media posts for the brand and plan the content calendar on a monthly basis (write captions, visual briefs, contest/ giveaway ideas, topical & trending ideas, etc)
• Execute and coordinate influencer campaigns and PR collaborations
• Execute running paid campaigns on facebook & youtube and work towards increasing page awareness and audience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 8,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Meerut, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
