We are Modelle , a growing women's fashion brand seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence and drive sales. You will be the driving force behind our digital strategy, responsible for developing and executing engaging campaigns across all relevant platforms.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy focused on Instagram (primary) and other relevant platforms.
• Create and curate high-quality, on-brand content (images, videos, stories, reels) that resonates with our target audience.
• Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
• Track and analyze social media performance, and use data to optimize strategies and content.
Digital Marketing:
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives and targeting.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Email Marketing:
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products, and drive sales.
• Build and segment email lists.
• Create compelling email content and subject lines.
• Track email campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the copywriter and graphic designer to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visuals across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the broader team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on fashion or a related industry.
• Platform expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (especially Instagram), digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads), and email marketing tools (Klaviyo).
• Technical proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and analytics.
• Fashion savvy: A genuine interest in women's fashion and an understanding of current trends and styles.
• Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Analytical skills: Ability to track, analyze, and interpret data to optimize campaigns.
Bonus Points:
• Experience with influencer marketing.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
