Spectrum Opticians is a luxury eyewear boutique based in Juhu, designed for a highly discerning clientele including HNIs and UHNIs. We offer a hyper-personalized shopping experience with a curated collection of premium eyewear and concierge-level service.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. As an Digital Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for developing and implementing influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. You will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with relevant influencers, negotiating partnerships, and managing campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach. Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers in the industry, negotiate partnerships, and manage campaign execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer marketing campaigns with broader marketing goals and initiatives. Work closely with influencers to develop compelling content that aligns with brand values and resonates with the target audience. Develop and manage influencer contracts, including deliverables, timelines, and compensation. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve influencer marketing strategies.
Requirements:

Ongoing studies in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven work experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices, especially in relation to influencer marketing. Experience with identifying and building relationships with relevant influencers and negotiating partnerships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
