A highly motivated and innovative Marketing and Sales Strategist will drive growth and optimize marketing and sales operations in FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in formulating and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, boosting sales performance. The role requires a deep understanding of the FMCG industry, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to co-ordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Position: Marketing and Sales Strategist

Job Type: Fulltime Employment. Not for Part-timer/Freelancers.

Location- BBD Bag, Kolkata and Dankuni office.

WorkDays: 6 days working

Experience- Freaher- 5years

Pay scale: 25k, will vary depending on experience, expertise and interview.

Excellent communication skill is must as this is a client facing profile.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
• Design and execute promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive product sales.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales targets and strategies.
• Analyse sales data and marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and retail partners.
• Monitor and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Prepare and present reports on marketing and sales performance to management.
• Manage budgets for campaigns and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
• Stay updated on FMCG industry trends to inform strategy development.

Qualifications

-Exceptional and above-average Communication skills with a fantastic flair for the English language on all fronts.

-Education Qualification: Under-grad/Postgrad

-Should be exceptionally groomed and presentable and represent the brand in desired places.

-Ability to prioritize tasks and work responsibilities, and receive instructions for execution.

Pay: ?10,662.20 - ?25,000.00 per month
