We are seeking a highly innovative and skilled Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team at Kronicle Research Pvt. Ltd. ("Kronicle"), which is dedicated to developing cutting-edge tools and products for lawyers, law firms, and large enterprises. Kronicle has created a host of legal-tech solutions, e-signature solutions, workflow tools and manages a legal operations platform. Our initial product roll-out is specific to (i) contracting tools, (ii) Litigation solutions; (iii) compliance tools and (iv) Practice Management solutions.
Responsibilities
• Market Strategy Development: Craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively target the legal industry, enhancing brand awareness and driving product adoption.
• Lead Generation: Devise and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Digital Marketing: Manage the company's digital presence, including website content, social media, and email marketing, ensuring SEO best practices and tracking engagement to optimize campaign performance.
• Event Management: Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences, from initial concept to post-event follow-up, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze market trends and marketing campaign data, providing detailed reports with actionable insights to senior management.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with the Demo Teams, sales and product development teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with product capabilities and sales objectives. Lead and expand the marketing team to support growth and innovation.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role. Experience in selling legal tools or SAAS products will be highly preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have had specific experience in marketing and sales of (i) contracting tools, (ii) litigation solutions; (iii) compliance tools and (iv) Practice Management solutions.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?110,000.00 per month
