Job Title: Intern - Sales and Operations

Location: In- Office

Duration: 3-6 Months

Stipend: 15-20 KPM

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive intern to join our HC Sync project. The role involves a mix of sales and operational responsibilities, including onboarding mentors from product-based companies and engaging with users to facilitate 1:1 mentorship sessions. If you're a people person with an interest in both sales and operations, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

? Mentor Onboarding: ? Identify, reach out to, and onboard mentors from top product-based companies. ? Ensure mentors meet the required standards for expertise and professionalism.

? User Engagement: ? Connect with users generated through marketing leads. ? Address user queries and guide them in selecting the right mentor based on their needs.

? Sales Execution: ? Convince users to book 1:1 mentorship sessions and close payments. ? Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

? Operational Support: ? Coordinate with mentors and users to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of sessions. ? Manage and update records of leads, mentors, and sessions in the CRM system.

Who You Are:

? A highly motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

? Some one with an interest in tech, education, or career mentorship.

? Comfortable with both sales-driven and operational tasks.

? Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

? Familiarity with tools like CRM systems and Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.

Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month

• HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
