Job Summary:
The Sales Intern will assist the sales team in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in construction sales and understand the sales lifecycle in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and researching potential leads in the construction sector
• Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, presentations, and client calls
• Help prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals
• Conduct follow-ups with potential and existing clients to build strong relationships
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system
• Participate in client meetings to gain insights into sales processes and customer requirements
• Work closely with the marketing team to support sales campaigns and promotions
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of sales principles; knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
