We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing and Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our hotel's unique offerings to leisure and business travelers.
Responsibilities:
• Sales:
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, online platforms, and industry events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.
• Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure business.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets for room nights, events, and other revenue streams.
• Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell hotel services.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
• Marketing:
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print, etc.)
• Manage the hotel's online presence, including website content, social media channels, and online travel agent listings.
• Create engaging content that showcases the hotel's amenities, services, and unique selling points.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and activities.
• General:
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and community functions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with guests.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in a sales and marketing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
