Position: Marketing and Sales Executive

Location: Chennai, India

Minimum Qualification: MBA in Marketing or related field

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our sports flooring products and services, generating leads, and converting them into sales opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
• Identify potential customers through market research and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, sports facility managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our flooring solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, campaigns, and digital content.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market intelligence to the management team.

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing or equivalent degree from a reputable institution.
• Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the construction or sports industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel within India as required.
