Job Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Sales Executive to join our dynamic team as a Team Leader. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and Marketing, possess strong leadership skills, and be capable of managing and motivating a sales team. Fluent English and an MBA degree are required to excel in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Identify target markets and create customer personas to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to optimize their performance and drive results.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential market segments.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• MBA degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
