Responding to client\xe2\x80\x99s queries via email or calls.
Determining a client\xe2\x80\x99s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.
Answering any technical questions, the client might have
Presenting your findings to the technical team & project manager to act on, after confirmation from the Project manager convey the outcome to the client
Carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
. Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers.
Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets.
