Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our sales automation and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in executing essential tasks such as contact management, CRM enrichment, marketing research, and content creation to drive our business goals. This position is perfect for someone who is organized, creative, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales and CRM Management :

Pull and organize contact lists from various sources.

Enrich and maintain CRM databases with accurate and relevant data unavailable through standard tools like ZoomInfo.

• Email and Direct Mail Campaigns :

Launch email sequences written by the marketing team.

Verify direct mail addresses for accuracy and deliverability.

• Content Creation :

Write blogs and articles for company websites.

Create and manage employee social media posts, e.g.: Instagram.

• Website and Digital Marketing :

Perform website cleanup tasks using insights from tools like "SEMrush".

Conduct competitor analysis and monitor marketing trends.

• Market Research :

Identify relevant publications, associations, and market opportunities.

Research and document insights into competitors and industry trends.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales operations, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Excel, and marketing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with content writing and social media management.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and tools.
• Understanding of direct mail marketing processes.
