• Act as a point of contact between the sales team and clients for clarifications, updates, and issue resolutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and post-sales support.
Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with product development teams to provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends.
• Coordinate inter-departmental activities to ensure timely delivery of IT solutions.
Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Expertise in data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar.
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Experience:
• 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or sales coordination, preferably in the IT sector.
