•Key Responsibilities •
Sales Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating, nurturing, and converting cold leads.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain and update a database of potential clients, ensuring all lead information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate sales meetings, calls, and presentations with prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals in a timely manner to convert opportunities into sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Marketing Responsibilities:
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, digital ads, etc.).
• Support the creation of marketing content, including newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
• Assist with managing and maintaining the company's online presence, including website updates and social media platforms.
• Coordinate marketing events, webinars, and trade shows as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive communication and strategy alignment.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales or marketing role with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
• Proven track record of successfully converting cold leads into clients.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing tools, social media management).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and trends to improve campaign performance.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and marketing.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to increase conversions within the existing business.
