JOB BRIEF

We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Marketing and Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role is designed for an individual who can effectively bridge the gap between marketing and sales to drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and support overall growth. The ideal candidate will be equally skilled in marketing strategies and lead engagement, helping us to attract, convert, and retain customers. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

1. Marketing

a. Campaign Planning and Execution

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, content marketing to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals and sales targets.

b. Content Creation and Management

Create and manage engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and case studies, to educate and attract prospects.

Work with the design team to develop visually appealing marketing materials that align with brand standards.

c. Lead Generation and Nurturing

Implement lead generation strategies and tactics to build and manage a qualified leads pipeline for sales follow-up.

Develop lead-nurturing workflows and personalized outreach campaigns to move leads through the sales funnel.

d. Social Media and Digital Presence

Manage the company's social media presence, post engaging content regularly, and interact with followers to foster a strong online community.

Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and brand visibility.

e. Performance Tracking and Reporting

Track key performance metrics for marketing campaigns (e.g., engagement rates, lead conversion rates) and prepare regular performance reports.

Use insights to optimize strategies and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.

Inside Sales Responsibilities:

a. Lead Qualification and Outreach

• Proactively engage with marketing-qualified leads via email, phone, and social media to qualify and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer needs and determine product fit.

b. Sales Pipeline Management

• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up tracking.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and updates on lead progression.

c. Customer Relationship Building

• Develop strong relationships with prospective customers by understanding their needs and offering relevant solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, building trust and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

d. Sales Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare and present reports on sales activities, including conversion rates, pipeline status, and insights for continuous improvement.
• Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and insights into customer pain points to help refine targeting.

EDUCATION

Minimum Education :- MBA in Marketing

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Experience Marketing :- 3-4 Years

SKILLS

• Strategy & Planning, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Brand Management, Lead Generation and Conversion, Analytics and Reporting
• Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing platforms) and content creation tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights to make informed decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
