We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, develop your skills, and understand the dynamics of talent management in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, such as document verification, induction planning, and coordination.
• Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
• Assist with drafting HR policies, memos, and other communications.
• Support payroll and attendance tracking processes.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Address employee queries and provide support for HR-related matters.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
