Role Overview:

As a Marketing and Design Intern at AANKONA Digital, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital and offline marketing, as well as graphic design. This role is perfect for a proactive individual eager to learn and make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management:

- Assist in planning and executing social media strategies.

- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).

- Monitor social media channels for trends and engagement opportunities.

- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics.

- Graphic Design:

- Develop minimalist graphic designs for digital and print media.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually appealing content.

- Ensure all designs align with AANKONA's brand guidelines and objectives.

- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters.

- Offline Marketing:

- Support the execution of offline marketing campaigns and events.

- Assist in the distribution of promotional materials.

- Conduct market research to identify offline marketing opportunities.

- Engage with local communities and potential clients to promote AANKONA's services.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.

- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and creativity.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Prior experience in marketing or design (e.g., internships, projects) is a plus.
