Job Description

Position Overview:

The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for the overall management of staff, sites, vendors & daily activities. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the real estate industry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

This is an important role to facilitate the company to reach it vision & goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination with Staff:

Collaborate with all departments/verticals, including sales, marketing, property management, legal, finance/accountancy and administrative teams, to ensure seamless operations.

Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and set objectives, checking of progress of team tasks & updates from all staff verticals.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff, encouraging collaboration and cross-functional communication.

Regular discussion with staff for problem solving & employee welfare.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Meeting with prospective customers, converting them & facilitate payments & formalities.

Address client enquiries and concerns efficiently, providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Regularly check in with clients to understand their evolving needs and gather feedback for service improvement.

Business Development:

Identify and create new business opportunities through networking and outreach efforts.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the company's client base and market presence.

Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and partnerships.

Identify the problems in every vertical & discuss with top management & find suitable solutions for the same.

Site Management:

Oversee the management and maintenance of all properties, ensuring high standards are upheld.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess property conditions and coordinate necessary improvements.

Implement property management best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Coordination with site engineers for material requirement, contractor requirement, progress obstacles & managing the progress with scheduled timelines.

Vendor Management:

Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.

Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance, ensuring adherence to budgets and service standards.

Daily Operations Management:

Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and profitability analysis for assigned properties.

Develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to enhance property visibility and attract potential clients.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.

Analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month

Schedule:
