As a Marketing and Communications Manager, TempRite IMEA, you will be responsible for driving success in two marketing areas:

  • All facets of the of the marketing communication strategy for TempRite brands incl. FlowGuard Plus, BlazeMaster and Corzan.
  • Development of marketing strategy required to support short- and long-term business objectives.
What We\'re Looking For (Responsibilities / Accountabilities):
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to promote products or services in the India, Middle East, and Africa regions.
  • Manage advertising and promotional activities: Oversee advertising campaigns, both online and offline, to increase brand awareness and drive sales. This includes managing budgets, selecting media channels, and coordinating with creative agencies.
  • Digital marketing and social media management: Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to reach target audiences, improve online presence, and engage with customers. Manage social media accounts and develop content strategies.
  • Content creation and marketing collateral: Develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, videos, and website content. Ensure consistent brand messaging and quality across all communications.
  • Market analysis and reporting: Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Team management and collaboration: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Budget management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals and maximize return on investment.
  • Brand management: Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing and communication channels. Develop brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all marketing materials.
  • Market research and customer insights: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends. Use customer insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Skills That Make a Difference:
  • Master\'s degree in business/marketing, or related field
  • People Management Experience
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing, strategy consulting, or related analytical roles
  • Accountable for meeting deadlines
  • Experience in multi-faceted marketing including Inbound/digital, traditional tactics including PR
  • Strong analytical skills that translate to problem solving
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Flexible, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities.
