We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team in India. The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for overseeing both internal and external marketing activities, leading the design team, and driving initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market presence. Key Skills:
Execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies aligned with business objectives to promote WSP\xe2\x80\x99s services and enhance brand visibility.
Manage the internal marketing and communications team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure alignment with corporate branding guidelines and messaging.
Collaborate closely with business leads, technical teams, Global team leads and senior leadership to identify marketing priorities and opportunities for growth.
Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and other materials to support business development efforts.
Lead digital marketing and communications initiatives, including website management, social media engagement, email campaigns, content creation, and public relations activities.
Drive thought leadership and content marketing activities.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, and leverage insights to inform marketing and communications strategies.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in marketing and communications and apply relevant knowledge to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
MBA in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience Minimum 5 years in marketing and communications management, preferably in the engineering, construction, or professional services industry.
Strong people cordination skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing integrated marketing and communications strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing and communications platforms, including website management, social media, email marketing, public relations, and analytics tools.
Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Creative problem-solver with a proactive and collaborative approach to driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the engineering and infrastructure industry is a plus.
