Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for elevating our brand presence, fostering organic community growth among employees and parents, effectively communicating our mission and services, and driving sales through inbound and outbound strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales. - Create compelling content for various channels including social media, website, newsletters, press releases, and sales materials. - Build and nurture relationships with employees, parents, clients, and organizations to foster a supportive and engaged community and drive sales. - Conduct inbound and outbound sales activities to acquire new clients and organizations. - Establish partnerships with schools and other organizations to expand our reach and impact. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication and sales channels. - Monitor and analyze marketing and sales metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, initiatives, and partnerships. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing, communication, and sales efforts. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration (MBA), Business Management (BBA), or related field. - Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing, communication, and sales strategies. - Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging content. - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Experience working in the healthcare or education sector is a plus. - Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of neurodivergent children and their families.
